Who in this image is …
Autistic?
Has anxiety?
Can’t tell?
Ok, then who is the ADHDer with dyslexia?
Still can’t tell?
What do all of these disorders have in common?
They are invisible.
Unlike an employee with a physical disability, you can’t tell someone is neurodiverse just by looking at them.
Neurodivergent people experience and interpret the world in many different ways. This means they will not hear, read or process your messages or activities in the same way, or as you expect.
Neurodivergent people possess a range of strengths. In fact, research suggests that teams with neurodivergent professionals in some roles can be 30% more productive than those without them.*
