ADHD+ Coaching

Work based 1:1 Coaching for employees with ADHD

What is work-based ADHD Coaching?

Work-based ADHD coaching follows the same core principles as Personal ADHD Coaching, but the focus shifts to developing personalised strategies to help you thrive at work.

As your coach, I will

  • Help you understand and become friends with your unique ADHD brain
  • Better understand how ADHD affects your worklife - unpacking your challenges and strengths.
  • Use a strengths-based approach focusing on 'what's right' with you, not 'what's wrong' - and how to leverage your strengths.
  • Develop targetted strategies to get the important things done
  • Understand your emotional experience of ADHD
  • Most importantly, ensure you have a self-care plan

I believe that all neurodivergent people are fascinating, complex beings, with the ability to THRIVE.

Coaching is not about fixing your ADHD - it's about learning to THRIVE with it!

Areas we can work on

  • Time management: Beat time blindness and master your to-do list.
  • Focus and prioritization: Stay on track with clear systems and strategies.
  • Procrastination: Understand the emotions behind it and take actionable steps.
  • Stress management: Learn to balance your workload and avoid burnout.
  • People-pleasing: Build confidence to set boundaries and avoid overcommitting.
  • Self-care plans - every ADHDer needs one

  • ADHD+ - ADHD rarely shows up alone

  • and so much more!

Is work-based ADHD Coaching right for you?

  • Do you have an ADHD diagnosis (Professional or self-diagnosed?)
  • Have you started to learn more about ADHD and you?
  • Are you ready to advocate for yourself? (And you don't have to disclose you have ADHD to do this)
  • Do you want to understand your ADHD better and make positive changes?
  • Do you want to build effective systems to make your day easier
  • Are you prepared to embrace a bit of self-discovery?
  • Are you courageous enough to try new things and explore new behaviours?
