The next generation of your neurodiverse workforce is in the making.
If they are anything like my two brilliant & complex children:
* They will be proud of their neurodiversity and regularly tell others they have ADHD * They will be brought up aware of their brilliantly complex brains * They will be more self-aware than their neurodivergent Mum (or Dad or other family members) * They will know their amazing strengths and how to thrive. * They will better understand how to navigate the bad days (and they would have experienced many)
But the best bit? They will know how to advocate for themselves to be their best.
