ADHD+ Coaching
Co-coaching sessions for neurodivergent employees, their managers & teams.
What are co-coaching sessions?
Co-coaching sessions are different to traditional 1:1 coaching sessions. With co-coaching, the neurodivergent employee, their manager, and team members, receive coaching together.
This approach helps enhance understanding and communications between attendees, and provides an opportunity to focus on individual and team strengths.
Tailored for your team, sessions:
- Will help improve understanding and mutual respect amongst attendees
- Bridge communication gaps
- Address misunderstandings, strengthening relationships
- Define and understand each others ways of working
- Use a strengths-based approach focusing on 'what's right' with you, not 'what's wrong' - and how to leverage your strengths.
Sessions can be online or in person, with a mix of 1:1 and co-coaching sessions offered.
Be the workplace that respects and supports all types of thinking.
